Making Our Beer

My wife and I are both Syracuse Grads raising three boys and living/working in the DC area.  We are a split couple, meaning my wife is a beach girl and I've become a lakes guy.  So we compromise and go to the beach in North Carolina and also head "Upstate" to spend time on the water in the Adirondacks.  Having spent our college years in Upstate NY we are familiar with a host of Cream Ales from that region.  We (I) recently started home brewing  Cream Ales, sharing them with family and friends, and enjoying a nice cream ale while watching SU take on Georgetown or Duke in basketball and Lacrosse.       

This is my Great Camp

Right now Great Camps Brewery exists only on this website and in the homebrews I make in my kitchen to share with friends and family.

I am trying to change that.  I'm planning  to be ready to hit the beer festivals NEXT Octoberfest season with a series of GREAT CAMPS BREWERY beers.

Ultimately, I hope to open a brewery on the shores of Lake George, NY where folks can enjoy a Great Camps Brewery beer in simply the most beautiful place I know.
